Recently we have come across an application named L-shaped design which our client have asked to look into where two 20 feet containers are kept in the 40 feet containers one front and other rear. Rear unloading/loading is same as any conventional unloading but the front side L-shaped loading changes everything. Standard ramps cannot unload because the height normally increases to 1.9 and also the space between the container and the ramp increases to 600mm or 60 cm which can cause very steep slope and can be risky for the forklift to climb that angle. To do L-shaped loading the slope is increased at the same time two additional ramps are provided to make up the space difference.
Raframps is the first and only CE Certified Ramp maker in Middle East helping to increase safety in logistics, warehouses and other places where there is constant loading and unloading done. View our ramps and let us know if you have any questions.
