For below please take into account the worse case scenario i.e if the vehicle is loaded how much ground clearance would it reduce, lower the clearance, more problems it would cause.

Overhangs - If you are loading facing front you need Front overhand distance between front part of vehicle to centre of wheel also we would know front ground clearance - clearance on the front.

Front Overhang (m) *

If you are loading facing back you need rear overhang distance between rear part of vehicle to centre of wheel also we would know rear ground clearance - clearance on the rear.

Rear Overhang (m) *

Clearances - State minimum vehicle under clearance - take the worst case scenario (minimum height) if you have range of vehicles.
