Truss designA truss is essentially a triangulated system of straight interconnected structural elements. It replaces the heavy beams present in CE Certified RAFRamps thus making the ramp lighter.

Light Steel StructureOur engineers have designed light steel structure for easy moving and transport. It is great for warehouses where there is low volume of loading/unloading work.

Level offIs the platform when forklift enters the container. This is important as the forklift must be straight before it enters the container. 2.4 m level off and 9 m slope.

Adjustable HeightsAdjustable heights of 1.4 m to 1.7 m. Containers on trailers in MENA region usually comes in this range. Made possible by adjustable jack (Static Load - 40 tons, Dynamic Load - 25 tons).

Stackable - Multiple forklift ramps can be stacked and fir inside the container to easily be shipped thus saving money in shipping costs.

Light Grating The ramps use grating surface for better traction and easy maintenance. These gratings are serrated and are rectangular in shape for better tire grip. The Standard non-CE Certified ramps have lighter grating than CE Certified ramps.

Powerjack - manual/electric lifting system
Power Jack is our proprietary system released after 2 years of research and perfection. It incorporates best of the two world and has both manual and electric options of operating the jack for faster loading and unloading of the goods and materials. Manufactured with high quality parts and materials which are durable and long lasting. Please view the video below for more information on how it operates.
L-Shaped loading ramp
L- shaped loading is when head unit moves so container can be loaded from front on 20 feet container. Read more about it here . An additional small ramp accessory is required to achieve this.
Wheel chocks
Your vehicles needs to be restrained when loading unloading, using wheel chocks can help to restraint the vehicle and prevent accidental movement.
third party certificate load testing
We test the forklift ramp with maximum weight above the Safe Working Load (S.W.L) which is certified by Third Party Load Testing company. We are one of the few companies to physically load test each ramp with live load. The Third Party Load Testing company is Dubai Municipality approved and the test is valid for one year.
hydraulic automatic power - electric only
We have optional hydraulic fully automated control both jack types and for center axle type. If you have high frequency and large number of containers more than 80 container per month, it would be better to go either with Powerjack or Hydraulic forklift ramp.
Solid Wheels
Optional forklift solid wheels can be used to move the ramp if you are using the ramp in muddy environment.
