AUTOMOTIVE AND PARKING AREAS
No need time consuming permissions, warehouse can be deployed and space used to park various automotives.- Manufacturing a regular warehouse which is hot rolled or PreEngineered Building is a long process which requires proper planning as it is going to be a permanent structure , many government approvals, MEP planning and larger construction time. The space used for the construction of permanent warehouse cannot be flexibly used for other purposes. For example, if the warehouse has height of 3m, we cannot use it for materials with height of 5m due to height constraints. Secondly, spaces can be used for other purposes as in the case of retractable paint booth for optimized space.
We have both fixed and retractable solutions both can be constructed and deployed thus saving time, money and effort compared to constructing a fixed length warehouse. Our fixed length warehouse where PVC or sandwich panels can be used are ideal for designing covered spaces for various purposes.
Retractable warehouses adds advantage that it provides ground flexibility, minimize material handling, reduced rework and less time to install due to less approvals and permissions required, easy to deploy and dismantle, easily customizable with different accessories and materials to be used with added benefit in branding the building in the PVC outer layer. There is an option to retract manually or with electric motor which is retracted with the help of patented wheel system.
