Flat Bed Trailer
Flat bed Trailers are one of the common mode of transportation and moving of goods in the region. We have been manufacturing flat bed trailers since 1998. Here are some of the pictures of trailers we have fabricated. We have following customization for flat trailers
Capactity - 40 - 80 tons
- 40 ft box type flat trailer
Chassis - The chassis is the main component of the trailer where all the weight of the goods rest. The chassis is made and designed according to the international transportation standards. All the steel are of high quality steel and are rigorously welded using 120/12 mm bottom or top flat steel and 5mm hub plate with high resistance to allow to obtain the highest efficeincy under all the road and weather conditions.
Axles -Depending on the capacity we install 2-3 pieces of axles according to trailer drim or disc brakes and hub centric.
Brake System - We install AS brake system which is designed according to international standards. It consists of automatic brake ratchets and brake valves.
