Workers do not need to wait for minutes as our doors opens and closes at speed up to 2.0m/s. The door opens and closes faster than rolling shutter doors or sectional doors as we have optional sensor than can hasten things up.

Durable components

The door consists of durable motor which we can be used for very high frequency applications mainly in areas and warehouses with double shifts. The motor is German made motor and the control panel is frequency inverter system. The motor has mechanism to work day in and day out without much over-heating due to constant use. 
 
Our doors have been tested and used to open & close more than 2000 times a day making it very convenient to be used in busy area where workers and forklifts usually frequent. That is the reason our doors are the best choice for areas with double shifts where there is frequent warehouse activity going on.

Low maintenance

  We use thicker foam and fabric materials to ensure the longevity of the doors in the humid desert conditions. We also have external sheet of 0.48 mm which can provide great insulation against heat.
 
The door comes with servo motor technology and control panel which can calibrate to make running operations smooth, which can limit error and reduce maintenance required. With double encoder it is easier to make it work without the need to repair. With the flexible torque control system the motor adjust according to running speed and load which avoids overheating after long regular use which ensures longevity of the door.
 The start and soft stop facilities avoid mechanical parts stress and wear, thus ensuring reliability and long life of the door.​

Easy to use interface

The door has great controller options that is easy to use, thus not requiring separate training to use. Some control panels has LED display what shows all the parameters and settings in English. The parameters can be changed depending on your requirement. Some control panels can work together with dock leveler and dock shelters to enable seamless integration.

Multiple Colors to Choose From

Multicolor doors

We have various colors of doors, we recommend getting lighter color as darker colors reduce longevity in hot and humid Gulf regions and dust can be easily be visible, thus requiring more maintenance and cleaning. We have a range of colors that can aesthetically match with your building.   Some of the colors we have are blue (RAL 5010), Red ( RAL 3002), Yellow (RAL 1021), Grey (RAL 7035), Orange(RAL 2004) Green (RAL 6005),  White (RAL 9003 ).

Safety Options

Our doors comes with safety features that help reduce workplace accidents and injuries. With high performance doors it is important to have safety features in place, the ones we have are the following :-
 

• Sound and light - Light flashes out when the door is opening and workers or vehicles can easily find out and take care to avoid accidents  
• Infrared Sensor - The sensor when it is tripped can open the door when a person or vehicle enters. 
• Self repair system -Some doors have self repair system which when accidentally dislodged can be easily recovered with simple opening and closing the door.​ 
• Reverse Motion - If the sensor is tripped when it is closing the door automatically reverses if an obstacle is hit.

 Various Operation Methods

Remote high speed doors

Every door will have wall mounted control buttons at both interior and exterior. This can make sure the door can be operated by workers at any time when they need. 
To improve your work efficiency, we also offer various additional choices of operation devices.
 

• Manually Operated Controls

            Push-buttons are used predominantly for personnel traffic. Mounted on walls or                   columns in the vicinity of a door. In situations where the hands are always free                          push-buttons are a solution .

• Pull-cord switch:

           This is very convenient for forklift drivers, and also can avoid unnecessary opening               of the doors compared with radar sensors or vehicle detector.

• Vehicle loop detector: 
  It detecting wire loop will be embedded into ground floor near the door. It can detect all the big metal objects passing on its loop like forklifts.  It does not detect humans. Thus such sensor is quite fit for doors which only allow forklifts passing automatically. 

 

•  Radar sensor: 

​           It can detect human or vehicles moving towards the door, and the door will open                   automatically. After passing through, the door will close automatically within                            several seconds which can set.

• Remote control:  
  Each door can have two or more remote control units. People can open or close the door from as far as 100 m distance.

 

• Radio Remote Control:

           Radiographic operation (transmitter & receiver) offers the possibility of selective                  operation. Only vehicles or personnel with a transmitter can open or shut the door.              The transmitters may have one or more channels. Radio transmitter is available as              1,2,3 or 4- command standard design for a 433 MHZ frequency.
