Thousands of tons of goods are transported in Middle East and Africa via land than railways as new roads are being developed at a faster pace than railways. Any efficiency in the area of land transport shall save government and private sector thousands of pounds in fuel and maintenance costs. Our company have noticed close to 75% of the vehicles made in MENA region (Middle East and Africa) are inefficently made i.e a 40 ton semi-trailer weighs 4300 kgs which can easily be reduced to 3675 kg of weight thus saving almost 500 kg of unladen weight which can inefficeintly eat up the fuel and wear the tires in long run.
